Saylors point of "the govt will never let JPM fail, so you can deposit bitcoin with them" is moot.  

The banks have already failed, they have already defaulted; so has the government.  The banks hold all the underwater treasuries.  They may be the most incapable and insolvent entity to deposit anything with.
