 After having red meat, I find better to go and do some push ups and dumb bells the following day. It will help absorb all the nutrients and make your muscles sturdy that you can feel immediately 💪 🥩 
 And if I eat red meat everyday? 
 I would suggest to do some exercise once/twice a week just so that you’ll keep enjoying the food and your body is stronger same time
