Tactical Civics outline strategy:

1. Education and grow chapter numbers — already in over half US counties over 7,000 members

2. Pass a series of ordinances in each county — already begun

3. Impanel County Grand Juries 

4. Use the County Grand Jury process to hold accountable the unconstitutional, rampant criminality that has infiltrated our government in all branches at all levels

5. Enforce with the only constitutional form of law enforcement — County and State Militias — well regulated, volunteer and RECOGNIZED at the state and county levels — see step 2. 

(Think volunteer firemen — not a redneck gun club — though redneck gun lovers can certainly join)

6. Impanel State Grand Juries en masse

7. Finish ratifying our original first bill of rights amendment to reclaim our realistic congressional representation and shrink congressional districts to NO MORE THAN 50,000 citizens — en masse movement again at our state capitals

8. Pass the “Bring Congress Home” Act removing congress from the Washington, D.C. swamp 

9. Cut legislative pay and staff

10. Enjoy flourishing and freedom and better representation by watching our elected public SERVANTS closely at home 

11. Continue to enforce the Constitution through though the County and State Grand Jury process further enforced by County and State Militias
