I think we need to unpack some of the ways this could play out if miners do comply.   I'm not an expert at all here so definitely looking for feedback from the fam.  

once they've identified all the miners, they wouldn't have to seize them to say you are all required to mine for cuck-pool (TM). only process OFAC compliant blocks. And basically operate at a loss relative to other miners.   right?  how does that play out?  do miners relocate to other jurisdictions?  do they lock down the border too?  

After that turns into a hot pile of shit, then phase two would be okay that didn't work so now we need to seize them.  

What happens if you mix in a fork, where they require all miners to point their hash to cuck-fork, declare any transactions on the main chain illegal. 

I think there are lots of ways this gets really dark, before they cross the Rubicon of seizure.
