My dashboard claims I'm gaining 5,000+ followers per month, but my follower count has been flat all year. A charitable explanation is they used to report net follower count changes and now they're counting every spambot that follows you and then has their account deleted shortly thereafter.
The followers are all bots of hot Asian women that want to be your wife and X removes them almost as fast as they show up.

A comment said: "from all of those if so only several thousands are on reddit". Right now I could bet that there are dozens of Mexicans in Nostr. Yet X claims a post can engage cents of millions of views? Definitely something to be suspicious of 🧐
