Look. All the arabs that ever wanted to move away from dollar got crushed. Except now they are moving away and not blinking. You could argue that this is because of Russia got stronger. But look at El Salvador. Russia has no business here. It used to be constantly corrupted and crushed by US. But suddenly it moves away from dollar into no less than bitcoin and finds all those policemen  and army to crush all levels of mafia with no resistence. They put more than 1% of their population behind bars just like that. Where did all the coruption go that blocked them from doing it before? Or is this all attributable to brave talk of Bukele? No, that big bad US that used to crush everyone is gone. There is someone more powerful that allows and enables all this.
And Bitfinex/Tether is backed by El Salvador, which means it is backed by The Biggest Power. So it is a zero risk entity. It is part of The Biggest Power itself, like is Swan.
Now this does not mean you can go all in with Swan and Bitfinex with no self custody. Because they themselves will punish you personally if you do. So, they are in control, but we need to play this game.
