 @2c46aa33 they are awesome to see. They are big birds with wingspans of 2m+.. Im so fortunate to have them in my locality. 
 @2c46aa33 we have buzzards as well, though they don't often come into the city.

 @8976b041 @2c46aa33 We have at least two in my neighbourhood which lies roughly 2 km from the city center of a city with a population of 330,000! 
 @2a10f6a5 @2c46aa33 Buzzards are the UK's most common BOP. I see them regularly, but in my area, Kites are more common. Buzzards tend to stay in the countryside where as Kites don't mind an urban environment 
 @8976b041 @2c46aa33 Interestingly enough, I don't really see Kites all that frequently around here. Buzzards I see most frequently, then Kestrels and sometimes the odd Sparrowhawk.
