 Yes, there is BitRefill integration but there aren't as many shopping options as in the USA or Canada.

 If I sent 1000 sats to your strike lightning address, can it convert to pesos?

 If I wanted pesos, I would have to convert the btc into USDT on my Strike app and then I would be able to do a bank deposit into a Mexican bank (the USDT would be converted into pesos).
