COTTAGE CHEESE BREAKFAST TACOS 🍳
 A delicious high protein breakfast to fuel your day 👏🏻 

1/4 cup cottage cheese 
1 egg white 
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 avocado, sliced 
Chili oil and chives for topping 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Beat together the cottage cheese, egg white, red pepper flakes, pepper, and salt. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet to make two tacos. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

While the cottage cheese tacos cook, prepare your eggs sunny side up, slice the avocado, and chives.

Allow the tacos to cool before assembling. Add the sliced avocado, egg, chili oil, and chives. Enjoy!
