 Probably has some Siamese in her. My first cat was a Seal Point Siamese. (with big blue eyes). He chirped away.

 I have no way of knowing, unless I want to have her DNA tested. She might, or she just might not be very chatty.

 Doesn’t really make any difference  if she has Siamese ancestry, except she’ll meow funny and possibly be possessive.
