No tax on overtime especially seems brilliant:
1. Incentivize hard workers
2. Help fill gaps on supply side issues like lack of personnel 
3. Put money in pockets of hard workers while possibly reducing inflation by removing bottlenecks

There might be second order effects that are fucked but maybe it’ll work out curious to see it in play
