wow ok Did that for a long time - but then felt a „push“ from listening to my own music and some disconnect from the surroundings
music definitely gives a push. almost as good as caffeine. personal MO is don't disconnect in public 🤙
did you have a bad experience at one point?
No Prefer to workout undrugged and unstimmed --> true baseline etc Not a competitor or anything just staying healthy and pushing personal limits
