I was wondering wtf this carnivore diet means. If it's 100% meat... 🤦 People forget that we were hunter-gatherers since forever, we were never 100% vegans or 100% carnivores. We just go from one extreme to another, FFS.

 Exactly. Human diet and it evolved over time is complex. There are simple solutions to complex problems but carnivore diet ain’t one
