I agree but I like the domain instead of user at domain. But we render it shit work _@nos.social or _@rabble.nos.social vs nos.social / @nos.social & rabble.nos.social / @rabble.nos.social The username@nip05.server looks like an email. If we did username.nip05.server it could both be a web view profile and a nostr name. Anyway I think nostr names / addresses is way better than npub / nprofile sharing.
interesting idea
What happen if I follow myself? https://image.nostr.build/bceb3cd415a8dbcdbe1fef22250783082e9ac61a0cd22d4bd085f9aa561e16da.jpg
If we forbid dots on nip05 usernames, we enable @username.subdomain.domain.tld
npub . pro does this right? It's great
npub.pro does the web hosting, yea! But as far as I know nobody’s connected npub.pro with nip-05 hosting.
So it allows me to add the domain as my NIP05 identifier, if that's what you mean. That is, people can search for sachin.npub.pro like they would my NIP05 handle on Nostr clients and find me
You can put _@sachin.npub.pro into your NIP05 and it will look like "sachin.npub.pro" nip05 in most clients, but whether they would find you with just a domain name is not certain, depends on the client.
