 What is the reason why Primal, Snort, and Damus do not include the marketplace NIP that Amethyst and Coracle have?
What impediment is there?

 AFAIK, any lack of implementation of various nips is simply lack of labor.

 Either they haven't gotten to it yet, or they don't want to include it. Focus is a good thing, and classifieds definitely sits a bit outside the normal social media feature set. Amethyst adds everything, and Coracle is moving more toward a community focused experience, which means more anchors to real-world stuff like commerce.

 The other day I woke up and read every single nip that is indexed I'm the github (there are a lot of nips but I only read the ones in the "front page") and trust me. Nostr can do a lot of different kinds of things. Basically, when you make a nostr app (with no funds) you can choose to implement a few kinds very well, a bit more kinds good enough, or all of them but none in a usable state. Coracle and amethyst are between class 2 and 3 they can't do everything.
