Ok. Glad you figured it out.

Just for the record: we don't silently create keypairs without you pressing a button to generate one, so you must have created one somehow. 

 Yes .. I had previously installed 0.1 .. 

Once I deleted the LMDB  in my .local , the wizard showed up ..
