#NostrNovember should be about staying off Al social media OTHER THAN #Nostr 🤣 It should be a month of exclusively Nostr and nothing else nostr:note12u8hcz65782d7enzdlh4mn37w7e5z4xg2m9j5gsvfxrvjgundwlqraypys
Is it too late to ask what #NostrNovember is about?
No. We're only 4 days in. There's an entire month left to recruit and outreach. nostr:nevent1qqs0wd0ekuju7clr447kplkjqd4aag4zpyljnxymnvy55y33ytdsfwspramhxue69uhkummnw3ez6un9d3shjtnyv4ex26mjdaehxtndv5hsygplwuxkt5a8vj5utj6s8tsj8e3wcavc45p4mqmw92qs7wrh5azmyspsgqqqqqqsxe4c2t
ok. I will stand outside the grocery story with a sign that reads "free nostr follows"
At least it is #zapclusive
That's been 4 whole years for me. With youtube as an exception. It feels wonderful.
My finger slopped, lol, that was an accidental zap, but 4 years off social media is worth that. I'll allow it.
Even the youtubes?
That was #NostrNovember 2022. The 2023 variant is to let them know how far we've grown and what we offer in the realm of Other Stuff.
#NostrNovember.. and every other month of the year. #NostrForever https://i.nostr.build/AW7E.jpg nostr:nevent1qqsp704dj86mnxfexd9ytr475lcvggptxasv4rxtmpxlz2fha3emjvqppamhxue69uhkummnw3ezumt0d5pzpw08v4rt5pj9dmfsrk0990zflfywwznt7g5zheap4eefgasjqg7uqvzqqqqqqyln4dtc
I disagree, Guy, we all know people or have friends, family, etc., that are content creators, or selling products & services via the other msm apps. we need to purple pill them. let's push the "own your media" & the "decentralized platforms over msm apps" way of thinking. no, we can't stop posting everywhere else, not yet. when the snowball really starts gaining size & speed, we can back off, but this ball has just started rolling. but it's being pushed by you, me, the devs, all of us here are pushing the ball, it's not rolling on its own yet. please, keep encouraging others, wherever they are, to come check this all out. you'll be glad you joined us this one. #smij #zapd his 2 zaps worth. :)
Lol, this wasn’t a declaration or anything. I was just poking fun at this guy’s #NostrNovember. 😆
I was looking at some stuff on Minds and saw a post asking people to join a group on Twitter/X that is about getting off social media. Isn't it hypocritical to say join a social media group about getting off of social media?
I’d say so, since the post is trying to lure people from Minds to Twitter. If it were like a support group for Twitter users, then it’s potentially good.
I've been doing nostr november for months and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
