What do you think about using AI as a therapist? I've been experimenting with it using local AI models and it seems helpful, although I've never tried therapy myself. One aspect I really liked about the local AI is total privacy and no judgement.

Talking with someone you resonate with helps. That can be key. AI probably work to an extent, but probably lack something. I've taught one on one in the past, and teaching is similar. You cant teach anyone anything. The best teachers are good at holding your hand and getting you in a space where you will teach yourself. The payment part interferes and changes dynamics for sure. 💯
