@d9095c4c I visited this museum some 20 years ago and thought it was very interesting. A volunteer, English-speaking guide showed us around. The exhibits clearly showed the arch of the centuries from feudal tribalism to now. I didn’t have to pretend like I knew anything. It was all very accessible for this gaijin. 

 @a5febdd1 we liked the museum too, but we did not have a guide. Luckily they had English descriptions.
