If they forced everyone to pay to use any of these platforms they would collapse very quickly, imo.

 I see. Pay for ad-free. I think they all know that making everyone pay to use will kill them. 

I'm amazed anyone is on farcaster, you have to pay to use (warpcast client). I suppose it is a very particular audience (crypto enthusiasts) and not for everyone
