 Like I say I don't know.

There was certainly CIA activity against Maduro, has been for a very long time. The CIA through thousands of organisations pays big bucks to officials to commit fraud, and to people on the street to protest and claim what they want claimed. The CIA is extremely good at these kinds of things and very well funded. So that is the other possibility, which is enough of a possibility that I don't even know which story is more likely at this point.
Total certainty will always be difficult, the CIA, the Cuban G2 and even Russian intelligence influenced to a greater or lesser extent... but Maduro doesn't offer any proof that says he won, on the other hand speaking with those inside they believe that he did lose, in addition to the large protests... in the same way: nothing changes, Maduro is in power and decides when to let him go

Conducting a survey on Nostr to analyze and verify the votes on the web would not help much, most of them are opponents of Maduro
