Some Black people quit Mastodon, because someone asked them for the 3rd time that day "Can you show me some evidence of racism?" Even though that 3rd ask might just be a proactive mod, hearing that Black users are being harmed, and looking for a report to act on.🤷🏿‍♂️

A lot of it is misunderstanding, and unseen experiences.

We can increase understanding and create a shared experience just by clarifying two things:
1) existence of troll instances
2) reply visibility issues
