 It's been a while since I've checked out a new note taking app. What are people usng today? 

My most recent experiments were with Joplin, an opensource note-taking app that shows promise, but just hasn't been working for me. 

Thoughts?

 @eaaa461f of the Hard Forked podcast recently mentioned that he is currently obsessed with this note-taking app. Curious if anyone else has heard of it?

I'm testing it now, seems to be only webbased with possibly a beta mobile version.
