-Homemade 48hr Fermented Dough (00 flour, fresh yeast, honey, sea salt, water, semolina)

-Garlic Confit (slow cooked garlic in duck fat)

-Gorgonzola Crema (gorgonzola cheese, heavy cream) 

-Cremini Mushrooms, Rosemary, EVOO, Sea Salt.

Unbelievably soft, airy, and crunchy dough. A melting pot of complimenting flavours.

Once you get the dough right and have a proper oven (preferably wood fired) … it all comes together! 
 but i like build da oven 
 All the power if you’re handy and can build a quality pizza oven 🙌 
 I’ve a good small bought one. But I have dreams of building a large brick one. So many projects.
