@0a3f493d Not sure I understand your point. Shoppers are being inconsiderate, rude and unpleasant to staff. How does having fewer self-checkouts help? Or do you just not like the self-checkouts? That's fair enough, but unrelated. Imagine working in customer service these days - I can't think of anything worse.
