Imagine if Joe Rogan got into the ring with an all time champion (ignoring that Rogan was involved in MMA).  Or what if it was Taylor Swift.

The reason is purely bc of the social media followings, and billions of ppl are addicted to ‘trad’ social media.

 Yes.  I guess my point is it has nothing to do with boxing.  It’s just two famous people with huge followings coming together in direct competition.  That’s one of the purest most supreme forms of clickbait 

 Live televised event, with physical conflict, that’s a 10x + multiple in clickbait-ness
