It wasnt until a few years ago that I finally realized that the bill of rights, and constitution in general, was a declaration of the past that is no longer honored among the executive and legislative branches of government.
Actions are taken regularly to suppress, steal, oppress and otherwise control, harm and surveil the populace; and only years later when lawsuits are allowed to progress to the supreme court has their been any hope of a decision being made to set theoretical final policy on the matter to reign in abuses.
Theres no penalties to those that violated the peoples rights, nor any form of redress.
Its no wonder that society continues on a course of decay.
