New Mexico has the right to bear arms in article one, section six in their state constitution. There was no need to sue fat Barbie in any federal court, I hear that the state supreme court would have done nicely, to overturn the dictate. However, the trap was perhaps, to nullify state constitutions for the perceived superior, corrupt federal courts, or is that the other way around? 

They're all a bunch of corrupt, evil, demon spawn, aren't they?
