Scrubbies for washing dishes have become practically disposable after a couple of uses. They used to last a long time, now they are just crap, like so many other items.

We use Norwex and the scrub pads last forever
 Thanks i'll look at those.
 100% agree
Scrub Daddy makes a scrubbing sponge that I like. I don't remember what it is called, but it lasts a while.

FYI, I like all of the Norwex stuff (especially their window cleaning cloths and glasses cleaning cloths.)
 Thanks!
I've been recommended the Norwex products before, but... Their claims of disinfecting are just not at all true. Case in point:

But they sure are sturdy and well made. Just not something I'd use for certain things.
 Thanks!
Amway used to make a stainless steel scrub-bud or whatever it was called. Don't know it they still do. Was really good.
run thru the dishwasher for sterilization
But they just wear out with use, dont last at all.
 we like the microfiber cloths

Just ordered something on amazon, tney look kinda like microfiber, we'll see.

Have you tried home grown luffa as a scrubber?
Not sure how well it would hold up; but at least you can grow it.
Well i ordered some fabric ones, we'll see how they work. Luffa sounds interesting though.
