Trying to tell someone it is a scam and they message me with this “Not yet I don't fully trust nun of them but I like the system they have implemented and the fact the world governments and banks across the world are wanting to use there (XRP) system and black rock can make a massive difference in bitcoin if they buy up everything then dump it all the value will drop everyone will panic sell and drop it farther just like any of them but the fact they choose the highest valued crypto worries me that they have something in mind to screw everyone and when xrp changes there value system from what it is not over to utility then the value will do a massive trunk around also they are the only ones fights against the corrupt SEC and with that action will make outhers fight them to put in regulations they fight pretty hard to get regulations put in fir all crypto I don't realy see bitcoin or anyone els trying to gain the same clarity like they are its not so much XRP I like it more there system that ripple created that allows everyday people to create there own way to bank and generate income” Yikes the XRP marketing team is selling dogshit and people buy into it.

The amount of people that I know that are very anti crypto (and of course Bitcoin) because it's scary and volatile (meanwhile the 401k they've never logged into is now investing in btc etfs) are now bringing it up to me like no other crypto scam before. Meanwhile Coinbase is now the official sponsor of some NBA team (cough, cough FTX was like a year ago)

A bit like the XRP code. You know they checked in the private key for the first 100 billion xrp into github? Then it all got traced, and they wiped the first 32,000 blocks from everywhere they could, to clear their tracks. Then overwrote the balances. I may have those blocks somewhere on an old machine. Would be funny to resurface them!

I had an hour conversation with a childhood friend who was convinced that he was gonna get rich off of XRP. There was nothing I could say that would convince him otherwise. It was sad as he’s pretty poor and told me he was going ‘all in’ on it.

I know nothing about XRP but whenever it’s brought up these people are somehow convinced it’s going replace the swift banking system!! As far as I can tell it’s what they hold onto and are blinded by it hardcore
