No company I'm it's right mind will replace skilled labor with a taco nigger. Look around, what do you see the beans doing? Mcdonalds, amazon driver, concrete laborer, roofing and lawn care. They are completely incapable of any tasks much more complex then that.

How long do you think said company can operate when White's aren't there though? I don't doubt they'll try it, at a significant detriment to profit, lost time injuries and worker turnover I might add. The fastest way to lose competent employees is to surround them with incompetent ones. I use to run other mechanics off or leave a place after warning them.
