Well . . . for myself I was training for a big hike and gradually over a course of two weeks or ten days feeling worse and worse. I thought it was over/under training. Finally, I felt so bad that I tested. Positive. Then I iso'd for TH, FR, SA and didn't feel fully better but a lot better and tested negative on SU.
