Sure. Ive only been a chef for 14 years. Made from scratch. Used machine to make pasta. Have made pasta flavors as well. Like spinach pasta or beet pasta 😋 hahahaha  

 You should make a pasta recipe on zap.cooking ... I would be curious how to make beet pasta step by step.
