There are music folk who say they have forged partnerships, had feedback on production & have a small but brilliant support network (here). Yet I haven't had the same flow of chat that Bluesky provides me - admittedly in a very niche subculture of internet music and nostalgia.
@70c8b382 I mean no disrespect by this, but your community feels like a niche within a niche. I’m just not sure your experience is more than an outlier. But I’m glad it’s working for you and your groups. On the whole, all of these networks completely suck at group support. They are treated like an afterthought. The future of democratic politics may require more effort to facilitate them. And soon.
