Hmm Starfield sounds like it wont interest me. 

I dunno, open world always just seems to mean "whole lotta a) nothin and b) procedurally generated content". 

Havent enjoyed in a meaningful way -- despite great hype & excitement for --  Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 4, AssCreed Origins thru Ragnarok, etc

City/world building is too 4x for me. Gives me colonizer vibes.

Gimme a meaningful, rich story and atmosphere like Amnesia, Res Evil 7, RDR, or Soma over open world rando stuff any day.

 Further, give me something about subsistence living in the atmosphere/environment of Far Cry Primal and i'll cry, laugh, and be happy for fuckin ever. 

 @46cd5609 you should play resident evil 8 if you haven't already. It is heavily inspired by RE4 (the best one imho).
