I don't see too much to replace. Maybe that meat pack. Maybe the couple boxes (tomatoes?) in the foreground. 
 @5c4325ee I spend about $1200/month to feed two adults and 4 boys under 5 years old (The baby is nursing).

We buy a lot of organic food, and a lot of meat, eggs, and milk. 
I think if you didn't want to spend more for healthier food, you could buy cheaper ingredients, cook for yourself and spend ~$7-800 for a family of 4, with not dining out, but of course one parent has to stay home and cook/meal plan.

What a rube... it used to be 100-150 per person, per month to feed ourselves and that was being thrifty... granted this was 10 years ago. It's roughly doubled since then and that's a low ball estimate...
