only just discovered #garlicstr so I'll repost this for you guys in case you're interested. 2024 harvest time here, we have diggers 'early purple" , diggers 'blue sky creole' and a mystery garlic variety I bought from a nursery. I pulled a couple of them out but they are still too small. I might have planted them late in the season ☹️
I had the same issue. I plant in March here in Australia. some varieties are smaller than others though. I'll be buying all big clove varieties next year
I planted around June 😐 should have done more research
