feels like there's also a fair amount of regular posters who have stopped being regular, and the irregular posters have stopped altogether. But also I'm looking at nostr less, and mostly on uk-time nostr, which may make it even quieter for me. It's possible it could be good for nostr in the longterm, better to have a slow and quiet feed for the refresh it may need? out of the bitcointwitter2 reputation. Who knows
Yeah, lots of people I've whitelisted on the relay have gone AWOL. Been debating removing them. You aren't imagining the drop. It's been dramatic. https://image.nostr.build/3655b953defa368f3c93951e0ee3ded26b263d4c00c33f26e3eb564956befb70.png
I'm here to see if nostr will become a thing or not. That is the real drama here. So I will be the last user lol
It will, but I'm not sure if this microblogging stuff is going to be The Thing. Seems like overengineering, if all you want to do is post GM notes or pictures of your tits or your dinner. 😂 But the keys and the relays and the intermediated P2P communication solves some complex technological problems very elegantly, so the protocol has a niche to fill. I see Nostr's next move to replacing Telegram, Medium, and Slack, not Twitter.

It has felt very quiet here and quieter on twitter for a bit of time now. nostr:nevent1qqsqq4vrkj3j6n00qpcl3udum69uh0nvqdyafycrn2x6tnulvfut68qprdmhxue69uhhg6r9vehhyetnwshxummnw3erztnrdakj7q3ql5sga6xg72phsz5422ykujprejwud075ggrr3z2hwyrfgr7eylqsxpqqqqqqzj8zjr3
Everyone is on Discord, Telegram, SimpleX, Slack, WhatsApp, etc. I mean, #metoo. 🤷🏻♀️ I'm looking forward to communities, books, wikis, and OtherStuff. That's more my thing. That, and reading long-form.
I thought reply guy chased them off
