Since 15 years I brush my teeth with a 50/50 mixture of pure sea salt and natrium bicarbonate. To avoid fluoride.
Not the best taste in the world but since than NO problems any more!!!!!  

 Had to look up natrium because I didn't realize sodium was English/american. Wild. German? 

 Yes, sorry. To many languages in my head.
