On the one hand 1) when you’re in someone’s jurisdiction you have to abide by their rules (move if you don’t like it) But in the other 2) how ridiculous that a state believes a flag being removed would make any difference to how people feel
This was designed to provoke and inflame. They tried to ban the protest itself and failed, so this was their way of sticking the boot in. That failed too.
