 I think they do have IQ but no wisdom or common sense or independent thoughts.

But can probably write a great book report 

 Its really not obvious if they have IQ, they make it really hard for an observer to analyze. 

Jokes aside for me it will be really interesting to read a deep dive analysis into the effect of the propaganda they are fed and how they are made to believe it.
