the @primal wallet itself is amazingly great and may be the best experience there is, but I can’t onboard anyone to it anymore. I wish I could. everyone who signs up now receives an “Our apologies, we are not able to activate your Primal Wallet based on the information you provided” email 

 try doing it on a VPN to another region. are you in the US? 

 works fine for me since I created the wallet over a year ago but friends in the US in all different locations get that same email response 

 I got that response, then I set my location to Argentina. worked. 

 I did this about 3 weeks ago
