 What a good man. I was a quarantine nothing to do bread baker. It's so rewarding...when it's not shit 😂 
 I started a year before the pandemic while serving at an Italian restaurant that gave me some starter. I did for about 3 years and every loaf was a bit unique. 
 That's awesome. Yeah, some are unique-er than others 😂. Breadmaking is so emotional sometimes. But it is magic how flour, water, and salt make a tasty treat. 
 Absolutely magic
