Swan Bitcoin Claims Ex-Employees 'Stole' Its Mining Business at Tether’s Direction.

Swan Bitcoin has filed suit against a group of former employees and consultants, alleging they “hatched and executed a ‘rain and hellfire’ plan” to "steal" its lucrative bitcoin mining business with the help of Tether, Swan Bitcoin’s one-time ally and fundraising partner.

 Ouch

Lawyers. Fees. Lengthy process. Never fun for anyone, let alone a relatively young business
This is why I hate my job sometimes. Litigation is always bad even if you when 99% of the time.
Just so complex at times I imagine. Unnecessarily so as well

Good fiat mining gig I imagine though. Hyper specialisation the way to go
It pays the bills but most of the litigation I do involves one company testing another like “can you absorb the cost of this lawsuit? If not I will drink your milk shake, if so I’ll settle and move on” which is very netzero fiat thinking
The lawsuit specifically accuses the former staff of misappropriating proprietary business information and leveraging it to create a rival firm named Proton Management. Additionally, it is alleged that these individuals convinced Tether to sever its partnership with Swan Bitcoin, further complicating Swan's business landscape
Swan Bitcoin has filed a lawsuit against six former employees, alleging that they stole trade secrets and proprietary information related to its mining business. The company claims that these ex-employees executed a plan, referred to as a "rain and hellfire" scheme, to undermine Swan's operations and establish a competing Bitcoin mining venture.
 What?! 😯
