3. in a way that doesn't diminish the appeal to men (until you go as far as BG3 where it's an actual challenge to avoid gay sex)

No gamedev has a bunch of companion sex in the twinkle in his eye. Corporate just says: add this shit from this spreadsheet. 
 They forget asexual people exist, right? Not everyone goes out of their way to go into romance. 
 That's not being asexual, that's just being a normal, functional human being. Despite what these subhumans think, most people's lives don't revolve around SEX SEX SEX all the time, even those who are in a relationship or searching for one.  But that's what you get from troons and freaks who made their sexual inclinations their entire reason to exist and annoy.
