 @98df22cd I see. Good luck with your project. I don't think people should pay Fold3 but I get that not everyone can make it to DC to scan.

 @8d1af2ae: Thank you. Just to clear up what seems to be continuing misunderstanding on your part, though, (your two posts seem to imply that I'm not aware of the Innovation Hub), I actually am. My research project has been operating for more than a decade. During that time, I've developed working relationships with multiple archivists and fellow academics, including at the National Archives and at local and state archives, historical societies, libraries, and universities nationwide.

 @98df22cd I'm not misunderstanding. I'm happy for your project as I am for all projects that help digitize USCT and other Black folks records.
