On the shelf to bisque:

Everyone else’s orange autumnal fruit obsession is the pumpkin. Mine, however, is the persimmon (specifically the American persimmon). 

I threw this mug from speckled clay and gave it a persimmon calyx on the handle. I still can’t make lids yet, or it would’ve gone on the lid. 
I have glazes in mind that I think will make this look like the perfect little freckled persimmon, glowing with orange light 🥰
