You have a projected need of 60GW but only 15-18GW of the "right kind" of power by 2030. It just doesn't add up.
@e7cebe76 This is really going to bite California which has had rolling blackouts due to lack of generating capacity, cruddy transmission infrastructure, and now wants to mandate a statewide switch to electric cars and trucks (and home heating). Not going to end well.
