A Bakery Stand at the Aspen Farmers Market
- Got reprimanded for charging 20% gratuity without telling anyone last year.
- Doesn't give change on cash.
They just lost my business over $0.17
This post is less about them and more about shitty business tactics.
Im not a big time customer of theirs, they have a huge line always, good product, expensive
I don't give exact change on cash either...I round the price down and give them more back
Theyre my only food option
Cashless is too ok.
Treating cash customers as 2nd class
citizens is a step too close to cashless
I don't support businesses that don't think cash is okay.
When shit hits the fan, I know those businesses will be against me.
BUT ACCEPTING CASH IS SLOW AND HARD FOR SOME BUSINESSES!!
I don't even have a bank that accepts cash for me to deposit, but I still accept cash.
Walk the walk or you'll be trod on
Farmers market stands and gun shops are the two places with either the worst customer service or best customer service ever
Agree. I love using cash, and I think it is important, but still many times I find it just easier to use a card.
totally! it's your prerogative.
