for those that might not know what zap washing is lemme explain, I’ve done this myself in the past which is why i can smell it from a mile away, and i also verified it thru nostr.band

profile (x) zaps -> profile (y) zaps back -> profile (x) zaps -> profile (y) 

Process repeats itself many times and it’s done with heavy zaps above 100k sats, artificially pumping up their zap amounts sent & received, at the end of the day profile x remains with same amount they started (minus fees) and so does profile y

 even cooler is you can zap testnet sats, or to yourself but referencing someone elses pubkey.

zaps are not proof that a payment was made to the pubkey referenced.
